Dear Friends,

The Builders Association is the only representative organization in the Israeli construction and infrastructure industry. The association unites all dealers in the industry – residential construction contractors, public-contract construction contractors, and infrastructure contractors. The construction and infrastructure sector constitutes the leading engine of the growth and locomotive of the Israeli economy, with the total volume of investments in the construction industry accounted for 9.1% of GDP in 2011.

We, the Land Builders, which constitute the executive arm of the State of Israel and the Government of Israel, operate from a national perspective of development and building of land and the need to provide a response and solutions to the housing and industry shortage.

CEO OF THE BUILDERS ASSOCIATION

The Builders Association (formerly the Contractors and Builders Association in Israel) is the official representative body of employers in the residential construction, public works, infrastructure, development, and renovations in the State of Israel. The association represents the industry vis-à-vis all public bodies related to the industry: Government ministries, the Knesset – legislature, local authorities, tax authorities, banks, financing bodies, contractors’ registrars, government companies and many more.

The Association of Builders of Israel operates professional divisions in the areas of contract construction, infrastructure, economics, entrepreneurship and construction, the technical field, the labor relations, marketing and advertising field, which handle a wide range of issues.
